Shipping & Delivery

How quickly your order moves, what it costs and how to reach us when something needs to happen sooner than usual.

Local truck delivery

Our two box trucks run standing weekly routes through northwestern Ohio, southeast Michigan and northeast Indiana. Orders on a route receive their delivery on the same day each week. Free local delivery on orders of $150 or more; a flat $14.50 delivery fee applies below that.

  • Monday route: Toledo, Maumee, Perrysburg, Sylvania, Holland, Oregon
  • Tuesday route: Bowling Green, Findlay, North Baltimore, Fostoria
  • Wednesday route: Defiance, Napoleon, Bryan, Wauseon, Archbold
  • Thursday route: Lima, Van Wert, Delphos, Ottawa
  • Friday route: Monroe MI, Adrian MI, Fort Wayne IN

Parcel shipments

For destinations outside our truck footprint, we ship via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Orders placed before 1:00 PM ET ship the same business day. Shipping is calculated at published commercial rates and added to your invoice; we do not mark up freight.

LTL freight

Pallet-sized orders ship via LTL freight (XPO, Estes, R&L Carriers and ABF are our regulars). Transit time is typically 2–5 business days within the Midwest. Liftgate, residential and inside-delivery accessorials are quoted in advance.

Will-call pickup

Walk-up pickup is available at our warehouse door (10736 Neowash Rd, Waterville, OH 43566) during business hours. Please call ahead — most orders are staged within 30 minutes. There is no fee for will-call pickup.

Damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please note it on the carrier paperwork at the time of delivery and call us within 48 hours at +1 (260) 348-0751. We'll replace the damaged items at no charge and handle the freight claim on our end.
