• Shipment details: origin, destination, commodity, weight, pickup and delivery instructions.
• Payment and credit information when establishing a billing account (collected and stored by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our servers).

• Server logs: IP address, browser, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, timestamps. Retained for 90 days for security and analytics.

We retain customer records for seven years after the end of the business relationship, consistent with federal transportation recordkeeping requirements. Marketing-only contact data is retained until you ask us to delete it.

Depending on your state of residence you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, email ceo@parshottamrupala.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will respond within 45 days.

California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA. California residents may request a copy of the categories of personal information collected, the purposes of collection, and the categories of third parties with whom information is shared.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted backups, role-based access controls, and annual security training for all employees.

International Transfers

We operate and store data in the United States. If you access our website from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to the United States.
