Dispatch

Live ETA updates every 30 minutes. Customer can text the driver directly via masked number.

Deliver

Threshold, room-of-choice, or white-glove. Booties on, blanket-wrapped, customer-signed POD.

Confirm

Photo of installed/placed item plus signature uploaded to your portal within 5 minutes.

Crew Levels

Threshold (1 person, drop), Room-of-Choice (2 person, place), White-Glove (2 person, unbox, assemble, debris).

SMS Windows

2-hour or 4-hour appointment windows. SMS narrowing 30 minutes out.

Returns

Pickups scheduled alongside deliveries — bring back swaps, returns or product trade-ins in one trip.

Background Checks

Every driver and helper background-checked and drug-tested. Uniformed, badged.

Insurance

$50,000 cargo per shipment standard. Higher on request before tender.
