Our Plano facility was purpose-built in 2009 and we moved in as the second tenant in 2022. 32-foot clear height, ESFR fire suppression, climate-controlled office and pick-pack zones, and a fully racked floor with VNA-capable aisles.

We hold storage agreements ranging from one pallet for a single week to dedicated 30,000 sq ft contract bays for national brands. Inventory accuracy ran at 99.94% in our last calendar year.

Onboard

Item master, dimensions and handling instructions loaded into our WMS. SKU labels generated.

Inbound

ASN received, receiving slot booked, inventory put-away within 24 hours and visible in your portal.

Storage

Pallet-month billing with pro-rated half months. Inventory cycle counts run weekly.

Outbound

Pick ticket released, picked, packed, BOL generated. Cutoff 4:00 pm CT for next-day shipping.

Dedicated 8,000 sq ft climate-controlled bay, 65–72°F year-round. No refrigerated storage.

24/7 monitored CCTV, badge-access yard, perimeter fence, on-site overnight security.

Cycle Counts

Weekly random-bin counts plus full quarterly physical. Variance reports shared monthly.

Returns Processing

Receive, grade, photograph and disposition returns. Re-stock, refurbish or scrap per your rules.

Value-Added

Kitting, sub-assembly, labeling, retail compliance prep. Quoted per project.
